We use your personal data for the following purposes:

To understand how visitors use our website so we can improve its content and performance. The legal basis for this is legitimate interest.

To measure the effectiveness of our advertising. The legal basis for this is legitimate interest.

We do not currently send marketing emails, but if we do so in the future we will only contact you with your explicit consent and you will be able to unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data to anyone. We share it only with the following third parties, who process it on our behalf:

Duda Inc. hosts our website and processes form submissions through its platform. Google LLC processes data through Google Analytics 4 (website usage data) and Google Ads (advertising performance data). Form submissions are also forwarded by email and stored in Google Sheets to allow our team to manage enquiries.

These providers may transfer data outside the UK. Where this happens, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards including standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. These include:

Essential cookies set by the Duda platform that are necessary for the website to function correctly. Analytics cookies from Google Analytics 4 that help us understand how visitors use the site, including which pages are most visited and how users navigate between them. Advertising cookies from Google Ads that help us measure whether our advertising is reaching the right people and track conversions from ad clicks to enquiries.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling non-essential cookies will not prevent you from using the website or submitting an enquiry.

How long we keep your data

We retain enquiry data (names, emails, phone numbers, project details) for as long as is necessary to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards in case of follow-up. We review and delete old enquiry data periodically. Website analytics data is retained in accordance with Google Analytics' default retention settings.
